About Brooklin:
Brooklin is a mental performance coach with experience working with athletes and performers at every level. She attended Texas Christian University on a full ride track and field scholarship where she received her bachelor’s in psychology and movement science. She then went on to earn her master’s in sport psychology from Florida State University. There, she worked with teams, individuals, and coaches on mental performance enhancement to combat the struggles that individuals face in sport such as stressors, performance under pressure, confidence, and self-talk.
Upon graduating with her master’s degree, she relocated to Phoenix Arizona to pursue her business in mental performance consulting. She understands firsthand the pressure and stress that can come with performing as an elite level athlete while also managing outside priorities. Her passion lies in helping others develop the mental skills to become resilient and take their performance to the next level, not only in sport, but in life.
Athletic Background:
Brooklin grew up immersed in the world of sport. In high school, she competed in volleyball, basketball, powerlifting, and track and field. She started throwing shot put and discus her sophomore year of high school. She decided to make that her focus, and won two back to back state championships in the shot put, and earned state runner up in the discus. In college, she attended TCU on a full ride track and field scholarship. There, she competed in shot put and discus, where she earned consecutive All-Big 12 honors. Through her time as a student-athlete she felt as though there was something she was missing. It was as if there was a piece of the puzzle that she just couldn’t make click into place. It wasn’t until after her time as an athlete at TCU that she learned what sport psychology and mental skills training was and how vital it was to an athletes success. This instilled in her a passion to share its impact with others so that they may develop an unrivaled mind.

Packages are offered in three different ways for one-on-one coaching sessions:
- 5 pack (includes 5 individual sessions)
- 10 pack (includes 10 individual sessions)
- 15 pack (includes 15 individual sessions)
All sessions are between 50 minutes to an hour in length and are tailored to address the needs of the individual with the goal of optimizing performance.
For team sessions, packages are also offered:
- 5 pack (includes 5 team sessions)
- 10 pack (includes 10 team sessions)
- 15 pack (includes 15 team sessions)
All sessions are an hour in length and are tailored to address the needs of the team. Sessions can be used depending on the team’s availability (weekly, biweekly, etc.).
Along with this, I offer a contract option which is usually preferred for teams. I work with the organization to develop and negotiate a contract between both parties. With this contract services can include:
- 30-60 minute sessions when needed (multiple times a week, once a week, etc.) that are tailored to fit the needs of the team
- Presence at practices to assist players/coaches when necessary
- Presence at games when necessary
- 1-on-1 individualized sessions offered to members of the team and coaches
- Direct communication via personal phone number

Speeches or workshops are offered to teams, business executives, administrators, and corporate professionals with the goal to educate, inform, and provide the necessary tools to create peak performance.
The duration can be between 30-minutes to 2 hours depending on preference and availability. Pricing will differ depending on duration and location. I will work with you to come up with a plan that is feasible and meets the needs of everyone.
